Portwood is the forgotten Ward of Stockport. Why do the police and council allow this vehicle anti-social behaviour to happen. Even the three Ward councillors have given up on this illegal activity even though they have the full might of the Statute book behind them. It's pathetic.

... Werneth Street, Stockport, the free illegal pavement parking capital of the UK.

Double whammy here, not only illegal pavement parking, but parking within 10mtrs. (32ft) of a junction also illegal activity.

Oh, and another anomaly here, less than 20 metres from this point is a council run car park (12 spaces) which lies empty everyday. But then it is one of seventeen car parks in the town centre that are considered dangerous by the police by virtue of them not passing it safe as per Park Mark guidelines.
